CATTS’S SUCCESSOR. SYDNEY. July 17. Mr Riley, a son of Mr Riley, of the Bouse of Representatives, defeated Mr T. Arthur, the nominee of the Australian Workers’ Union for Cook Labour selection (in succession to Catts) by 395 votes to 353.
