FRESH SWIMMING RECORDS. Miss Sybil Bauer, an American g; of 17 summers, has smashed bar stroke* records recently in a 75ft pool in Chicago. Tho appended list re cords her performances:-— 50yds in 34 3-5 secs. 200yds in 2miu 51 4-ssccs. 200 metres in 3min 6 4-ssccn. 220yds in 3min 7 4-ssecs. Miss Hoeft’s time for the 220yds was 2min 53 3-ssccs. Miss Riggin, of New York, cut out the 300yds in 4niin 17 3-ssec. Miss Hoeft is credited with covering . distance in 4m in lOsec.
