CHINESE CRISIS.
DR. SUN GOING STRONG. (Rec. July 14. 10.10 p.m.) PEKING, July 13, The Governor of Chekiang I’rovine has dismissed the (’eiH.ai Government’s telegraph, telephone operators, and has ordered them to depart from the province. He informed the Peking authorities that provincial officials would operate these utilities hereafter, and use the funds for their own expenses. It is rumoured also that the provin-‘.-es of Fukiang and Kwangtung have been invited to join Chekiang in an austonomous government headed bv Dr Sun Yat Sen, the Republican.
