IS IT SURRENDER? SYDNEY, July 12. Mr Barnes, Acting-General Secretary of the Australian Workers’ Union, informed the District Court of new rules | that made provision that members could sign on at award rates, which is interpreted as a withdrawal of opposition to tlje Dowers award.
