FOREIGNERS TOLD TO GET OUT. PEKIN, June 6. All foreigners have been •warned to leave Shanhaikuan, on the Manchurian border, because of serious fighting between the advance guard of Wu-Pei-Fu’s army and the retreating troops of Chang-Tso-Lin.
