THE WOMAN GETS FAVOURABLE VERDICT. (Received June 2, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 1. The Nevada Supreme Court has sustained legality of the Mary PickfordMoore divorce. It is stated to be unlikely that any appeal will be made to the United States Supreme Court. The decision has ended two years of litigation. The court held that the State had no right to attack the divorce, and that the court in which the attack was made had no jurisdiction.
