100,000 MINERS REDUCED TO LOWEST LEA7EL. (Received June 2, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 1. The joint AA'ages Board of Lancashire and Chestershire has decided that the miners’ wages in both counties shall be reduced in .lune by a further 10 points.
