SYDNEY WATER SUPPLY.
SYDNEY. May 25. Tlip Board of Water Supply and Sewerage is reducing rates in consequence of the reduced basic wage. T.he sewerage rate is reduced from 1/- to HHd in the £,■ and water from I./ 8 ! to ]/- per 1000 gallons. The total savings to the ratepayers will amount to ?J5,000.
