lONIC’S DRAFT. Tire liner lonic, v.hich recently arrived nt Wellington, brought 82 saloon and 441 steerage passengers. There were half-a-dazon cases of light measles among children in the third class The last case was reported on April 26. The vessel was disinfected in the stream this morning. Two days before ihe steamer reached port, Airs AL. Morris fell and broke a leg. ihe lonic will put out a fairly large cargo at, Wellington, and will leave here on Saturday or Sunday for Lyttelton, to complete discliargiy and commence loading. She will then proceed to Port Chalmers, and continue loading there. She is duo back at AVellington on June 5, and will sail later in tire month. Some of the immigrants are ex-ser-vice meu Others are coming out as nominated passengers. The destinations of the immigrants are as follows: —Auckland, 113; Gisborne, 2; Napier, J.S; AVanganui 4; Now Plymouth, 10; ■4.* AVolliugton, s<; Westport, 4; Greymouth, 3; Lyttelton and Christchurch, 36; Oamaru, 2; Dunedin, 6; Bluff, 1. There are also on board 40 domestics, under the charge of Airs Emmington.
