WELLINGTON, December 20. The conference of the Waterside Workers and tho employers of waterside-, labour was resumed to-day. At the previous sittings the question of increased payment on account of the ihcr*cased cost of living had been postponed pending th'c decision of the A"rbitration Court' in regard to the 9s bonus. Delegates to-day discussed the cost of living and by the judgment of the Court. The conference will bo continued to-morrow.
