McCLEARY WINS OUT. OTHEE N.Z. MEN BOX WELL. BRISBANE, November 25. The ' finals for the. Australasian Amateur Championships resulted as follows:— Bantam. — Bell (New South Wales), 7.7, beat Maddox (N.Z.), 81., on points. The first two rounds were even. Bell won the third by forcing tactics. In the fourth round Maddox repeatedly jabbed his left to the face and won 1 the round. The judges disagreed, and the referee awarded the decision to Bell. Many disagreed with the decision. ' . ' Feather. — Stanley (Queensland), 5.13 beat Caiin (Victoria), 9.0, on points. Lightweight.; — Morgan (Queensland), 9.7, beat Desmond (N.Z.), 9.5. The judges disagreed an I ordered another round. Morgan connected with a right to the jaw. Desmond fought with great pluck over the first two rounds, which were even. Desmond won the next' by good lefts and Morgan used effective rights in the next round. I Welter. — Gilshennon (Queensland), 10.3, defeated Huhgerford (Queensland), 9.11*, on. points.
