WELLINGTON'S GOOD REPORT. WELLINGTON. December 4 To-day's reports are very re-assur-ing. showing that the conditions are rapidly returning to normal. One emergency hospital, that at St. John's schoolroom, was evacuated today, and the number of vacant beds in other temporary hospitals is rapidly increasing. Business at IV'lone and Lower Hutt is reported to be practically back to normal, and arrangements have been made to close the emergency hospital at Lou i-r Hull.
