A Citizens Conunittee has asked the City Council for the use ot -'Kilbryde" in Parnell Park, as a temporary hospital. The Committee have also appealed to voluntary workers, particularly exliurs'es for service in the city, which has been into blocks. Free medicine is to be supplied where necessary. It has also been decided to ask the Minister of Public Health to make the disease subject to quarantine, in view of the fact that ships are possibly on the way here from countries where the disease is of a severe type. The Education Board has been asked to close the schools and fumigate the buildings. Tho Defence Minister is to be a sked to relieve, doctors from Medical Boards to aid i n combatting the epidemic. l .
