EXECUTIONS IN PETROGRAD,
REIGN OP TERROR WORSE,
COPENHAGEN, September 17 Passengers from Petrograd deny there were conflagrations but state that in the past few days 812 were executed and 400 others are. under the death sentence. Ten thousand officers have been thrown into prison. Thet list of executions includes the Grands Duke Paul Alexandrovitch Sterchovski, who was War Minister in Kerensky's Cabinet, and Sarudin, Minister of Justice. Five thousand representatives of the bourgoise were arrested.
