SUNK BY A TORPEDO. ; ELABORATE ENEMY SPY SYSTEM. ROTTERDAM, June 7. The German spy system is so elaborate that it is freely stated before the hospital sUtps sailed that the British delegation were coming aboard the Kanigen Regentes.
