WASHINGTON/ May 29 Ofiicial reports received at Washington state that the pan-Germans have proposed new peace terms, including the retention by Germany of Belgium, Poland, Esthonia, Lithuania, Courknd, Livonia, and the Baltic provinces, the restoration of, the German colonies, the cession from France of the Longwy-Briey ore basin, and an indemnity commensurate with the enourmous German sacrifices in the war. . ; '
