ACUTE DIFFICULTIES ARISE. CONFERENCE AT THE SAGUE. (Rec. May 30, 7.45 p.m.) LONDON, May 28 In the House of Lords, Lord New- ! ton, referring to negotiations regarding prisoners, sal 3 that the German Government had already suggest ed a meeting at the Hague to discuss matters of acute difficulty which had arisen, and_ the British. Government had accepted the suggestion on the condition, under the scheme, that the exchange of prisoners should bo among the subjects set down for discussion. ; ,
