WELLINGTON, July 3; A motion was passed at a special meeting A of -the Executive of the Federated -Seamen 's Union of New Zealand, deploring the inhuman destruction f "of •life by con^mahders and . crews of Gorman U-boats, and directing that the Union be represented at the World Conference in London, to deal * with this aspect of the international conflict, and that Mr. Havelock Wilson, General President of the National Sailors"' and Firemen's Union, be cabled to\asking him to select a representative from a New Zealand ship, '. or otherwise to have the Dominion represented.
