SUMMARY. ' - Moderate to strong westerly to south erly wind s have predominated, and "the weather has been very changeable with rain at times in most parts of the Dominion. The atmospheric pressure has been unsteady, rising in the south but falling in the north to-day. FORECAST. ' Present indications are for strong south-easterly winds and a rising barometer everywhere soon. Expect unsettled, cloudy and colder weather, with rain generally, and heavy, rain probable in the northernmost districts and on the East Coast and northward of Kaikoura, .
