' The Serbian Crown Prince, when interveiwed, stated that thej retreat of the Serbians was accomplished under favourable conditions. They took away all their guns. The army is now spread, in the Albanian mountains from Scutari to Sangiovanni and from Durazzo to Drana. The cavalry is at Sciak watching the roads, while the Macedonian Army is marching to' join the Italians at Valona. ' The Bulgarians and Serbians ! are fighting east of Elbasam. The temper T of the > Serbians is excellent. They have suffered from a scarcity of provisions, but help is beginning to arrive. Engineers are beginning to construct roads across Albania. Serbian and Italian generals have conferred and have, decided on joint action. ROME, December 27. The Tribune states that the Serbian Army is still suffering acutely from lack of provisions in Albania, but is labouring incessantly in the construction of new King Petter embarked at Durazzo on the 18th on an Italian destroyer, but on the voyage he was so overcome ■ by ; the tho light !of having abandoned his brave warriors ' that he prevailed on the commander to return and land him at yerona.
