HER ALLIES GETTING DISCONTENTED.
PARISy December 27. The Echo de Paris states that che German's have established at Nish a provisional government, from which Bulgarians are excluded. The whole attitude of the Germans shows that they have decided to transform Serbia into a German dependency. There is the greatest discontent among the Bulgarians and Austro-HungaijiaiiS, who are beginning to perbeive that they are only laying out chesnuts before the fire for the Kaiser. -
