(Reed 9. P.mr) HAVRE, August 6. There are rumours that tho Mons coal miners have struck from A'collission with the troops several miners wee wounded and two Germans killed. The residents of Charleroi rioted, looting tho shops. In consequence there are famine prices for food. Reinforcements of Landstrum arc hurrying to both towns. 4 „
