RUSSIANS RETIRING RAPIDLY
(Reed 9 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, August 6. The correspondent of the Lokal Anzeiger telegraphs that the Russians left Nadarsehibn yesterday, after burning down the town. People can be seen hurrying along the roads with their property and a great number of cattle. Burning villages and farms are seen everywhere. All tho roads are placarded "We are -twelve kilometres from Warsaw." The streets of Berlin are beflagged and the church bells ringing. The entire population is in. a transport joy over the fall of Warsaw. The newspapers are publishing long articles upon the fall and pointing out the importance of the fortress, pay ing tributes to the splendid deeds of the Austro-German leaders and troops.
