GREY BOXING ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL MEETING.
The annual meeting of the above Association was held in the Albion Hotel lost night, Mr. D. McKay presiding. The minutes of the last annual meeting were read and confirmed. The report and balance-sheet were read and confirmed. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. President: Mr. C. Nissen. Vice-Presidents: Messrs J. S. Nash, J. S. Vial, G. T. Moss, H. D. James, j R. Dunphy, and Thos. Shannahan. Hon. Secretary: Mr. A. J. Fraser. Hon. Treasurer: Mr. J. F. Wilson. Committee: Messrs H. C. Franklin, H. A. Millard, A. Grogan, B. McGuinnes and Jim O'Donnell. Matters of interest to the welfare of the Association were discussed at some length and it was resolved that the newly elected executive should meet on Friday next. Prior to the close of the meeting j highly laudatory speeches were made to the excellent services rendered in the interests of the Association by the retiring president (Mr. D. McKay) aud the retiring hon. secretary (Mr. J. "Andrews). Both gentlemen replied in suitable terms.
The usual vote to the chair terminated the meeting.
