Kelling' v. Barnes (Roy Lopez) y Kelling- continued wiith the P to Q three variation, and after & carefully played game a draw was agreed to c n the 37th move.

Grierson v. Hill (French defence)— HiLl Jost a piece early in the game and resigned on the 41st move.

B. G. Fox v. Pleasants (Evans Gambit declined}— Pleasants worn a piece in the middle game, and scored ai win on move 29. r

Moore v. Severne (Roy Lopez) — An^ other carefully playedi game <jrawn on the 37th move. Mara v. Dodds (Roy Lopez) — A very interesting game vnfHished. Mara has three pawns against a knight .and a pawn. ~ Hicks; a. bye. , The Rev B. G.
