MEETING OF COMMITTEE. By Telegraph.— Special to '"Argus." HOKITIKA July 2. At a meeting of the committee of the iWestland Racing Club tonight it was resolved 'to vote in favour of joining ihe Country Clubs Racing Association and Mr H.\Butland was appointed dele gate to attend the Conference in Wellington on the 14th -inst to deal with the proposed constitution. The chairman Mr W. E. Williams made feeling reference to the death of Mr W. Donellanr, who had been a prominent supporter of Club for many years, It was resolved to forward a letter of condolence to Mrs. Dotmellan and members of the family and to ask* Mr. G. H. Eisfielder to represent the Club at the funeral.
