* MAN FALLS 130 (FEET. MIRACULOUsTisCAPE FROM DEATH. Sidney D. Wright, aged 22, a labourer, living at ' No /i, Qreat Bucking ham-street Redfern, 1 Avas at vrork on a building in course o'A erection tor Birt and Co., in Bridge-street when he slipped and fell from the tenth story, a distance of i3°ft. He had a miraculous escape from death. He somersaulted several t?m---r-s in the air, .and landed on a large bunch of telephone wires in front of the building. 'He £roke several of them. For a few' seconds he seemed dazed, but recovering himself, .crawled along -the wires to- the telegraph pole, and got to earth again. Unassisted- ' he r tnen went into the office, 'of John Howe .and Sons, the contractors for the building.
