Sir Joseph Ward gave notice cf a bill to a.rqpnd the Publjr Service j\ct^ He also rftpved that there- be laid on the table ,qf the^J-fouse a copy of th^ agre^ment^ appointing the Naval Adviser, and, all, the papers connected therewith. • . Sir Joseph. Ward also gave notice of liis intention to ask the Premier why thg proposed important change of con stitution embodied in Ihe Legislative Council Reform Bill was introduced into the nominative chambers and not in the House. Mr-E. P. Lee^Oainaru) gave notice that on Tuesday he would move the Address-tn-Reply. Sir Joseph Ward congratulated Hon >\V. F. Massey on the hohour conter red ' on him by his eArolment 'as a member of the Privy Council. 'He I wished him long life, and good health to carry out the duties of ibis office.
