A QUESTION OF COSTS. WELLINGTON, May 14 The case which Gray and a.son, solicitors, sued Oiiver Mewhinney for os 2d, balance of Mrs Mewhinney's oas-vs, subsequent to the granting of a deoree nisi, was concluded in the Supreme Court to-day before Me Justice Cooper. The Court's judgment was as follows: — Judgment for plaintiff. The bill of costs (His Honor said ' he- could not fix the amount) was ordered *o> be referred to the Registrar of the Court for taxation up ito the making: and taking of orders of ; rhs. 9th June, 1910, and anything arising- therefrom, but excluding costs of appeal. The parties are to have the ordinary right of review on the Registrar's taxation. The question of costs of the present action was reserved.
