To this^ question Sir Joseph Ward to-day replied : "With reference to the
above question, I have to inform • ycu that Crown lands held on license for residence sites in miniug .townships under the mining- acts are eligible as securities for loans under the State Guaranteed Advances Act and I am unaware that the holders of such licenses are debarred from obtaining the advantages of securing advances under the last mentioned Act.' ? cSwffiO ehf m Hn4sye shrdlu shrshr
