WELLINGTON, Nov. 21. The Public Service Classification and Superannuation Bill- has already been numbered among the " slaughter: ed innocents" of this session. There is' pne clause in it, however (clause 15, wbicE revives the right of electors to become contributors- to the teachers' superannuation .fund), which Sir Wm. Steward desires. to save.
