Wellington, May 30.

Judge Edwards delivered two judgments to-day in two cases heard by him while on the West Coast circuit.

In the case of M'Kirinon v Craig and others claiming damages for the death of a son, a verdict was given for L 225 with costs according to scale, and Lls 15s for each of the three extra days of the trial was given. •

In the case Grey County Council v Frankpitt. the appeal was allowed, and ordered a nbnsuit in the Court below with costs.
