DINIZULU SUBMITS.
Natal, November 14. News has been received from Zululand that Dinizulu, the Zulu King, has Bubmitted to Sir Arlhur Havelock. TH GERMAN CROWN PRINCE. Berlin, November 14. His Imperial Highness the Crown Prince refuses to permit the operation for the total removal of his larynx to be made. Should, however, any danger of stifling occur tracheotomy will be resorted to. In the meantime the palliative treatment Ins been adopted. (Received November 16, at 10 30 p m.) November 15. It is officially announced that His lmperiil Highness the Crown Prince will pass the winter in South EuropeTHE CZAR OF RUSSIA. His Imperial Majeity ihe Czar of Russia is expected to arrive in this city on Friday next.
