THE SUGAR BOUNTIES.

London, November 15. A meeting of Colonials interested in the sugar industries took place yesterday. It was resolved to write to Sir Henry Holland, Secretary of State for the Colonies, complaining of the inadequate representation of colonial interests at the Sugar Conference. An. objection was also raised to i the presence of Baron de Worms, as President of tha Conference, owing to the action of the Board of Trade supporting the sugar bounties.
