Arrived, at 7 15 a ra, s s Mararoa, from Hobart, with the English mail. [reuter's telegrams. 1 SS COPTIC. Hobart, January 15. The s s Coptic arrived this morning, all well. She landed 67 passengers, and will sail for New Zealand to-night. THE CENTURION WRECKED. Sydney, January 16. The barque Centurion, of Thompson's line, from London, was wrecked at North Head thi a morning. All hands were saved. The weather was stormy at the time of the occurrence. January 17. The barque Centurion, which was wrecked yesterday at the North Head, was outward bound in tow of the tug. The warp connecting the two vessels broke in two and the Centurion drifted on to the rocks and disappeared in half-an-hour. The vessel was not insured. SS WAIRARAPA. Arrived yesterday, Wairarapa, from Auckland.
