Argument on the law point which was reserved at Gisborne in the murder case Regina v. Rolland took place in the Court of Appeal to-day before the Chief Justice and Mr Justice Richmond. The AttorneyGeneral appeared for the Crowo, and Mr Willoughly Brassey, of Gisborne, as counsel for the prisoner.
