DUNEDIN CHARITABLE AID BOARD.
At a meeting of the Hospital and, Charitable Aid Board to-day, a secretary was appointed at £200 a year. The provisions of the Act did not seem to be clearly understood, and one member con^tended that the Board mußt receive two subsidies from Government, one under 15 and another under clause 58.
