His Excellency the Governor has received a cablegram from the Admiral to the effect that he expects to arrive in New Zealand waters about the 15th inst. It is understood that Dr Von Haast has recommended to Government that Mr C. Keyworth, who was Assistant-Secretary for the New Zealand Industrial Exhibition, be appointed for the Indian and Colonial Exhibition. Government will, it is said, sanction the appointment.
