LATE CABLE NEWS.
London, November 20. The Servian Government have disclaimed any feeling of hostility against the Sultaii in connection with their declaration of war against the Bulgarian Government. The Bulgarians have requested the Sultan to signify his appro '/al of the union of Bulgaria and Roumelia. There are great rejoicings in Hungary at the outbreak of hostilities between Servia and Bulgaria. In England the development of the dispute is watched with much anxiety, and an earnest hope is expr.ssed that war may be localised so that the Great Powers may not become embroiled in it. The civilian portion of the Servian Government are urging the restoration, of peace since Prince Alexander's submission to the Port«. Turkey and Austria are supporting them in this desire. li is reported that Prince Alexander was wounded in the. recent engagement at Slivnitza. Further prrticulars of the battle of Slivnitza show that Prince Alexander fought with reckless bravery, his horse
being kiilud uiklui 1 him. The BulH iiiaiis made frequent bayonet charges a u ring the battle, which was only ended by a heavy fog coming on.
