London, November 20. The Servian Government have disclaimed any feeling of hostility against the Sultaii in connection with their declaration of war against the Bulgarian Government. The Bulgarians have requested the Sultan to signify his appro '/al of the union of Bulgaria and Roumelia. There are great rejoicings in Hungary at the outbreak of hostilities between Servia and Bulgaria.
