SERVIA AND BULGARIA.

(Received November 18, at 1.15 p.m.) SERVIANS STILL VICTORIOUS. Belgrade, November 17.
Advices from the Servian army in Bulgaria state that the troops gained a number of victories over the Bulgarians. Yesterday a force of Bulgarians totally routed and the town of True taken. On the North- Western frontier an engagement was fought when three of the Bulgarian Volunteer Battalions stationed on Limok yielded. A battle also took place yesterday at a point between Koula and Widdin, the Bulgarians being defeated with great loss. Upwards of over one thousand prisoners being taken by the Servians.
