A CHARITABLE AID BOARD,
Tbe meeting of the United Hospital and Charitable Aid Board was to have been held to-day, but Mr Menteath, M.H.R., was the only member who came up from the West Coast, and there was not a quorum in consequence. It was decided to adjourn till Friday, and Mr Menteath has gone to Wellington to endeavor to get provision to have the quorum altered to four members.
