DANGEROUS GUNNERY.

On Saturday while shot and shell practice was engaged in at Fort Resolution at a target in the harbor 1500 yards distant, three of the shots recochetted to Kohimaran?a Industrial School buildings ; two to the premises of Biddle, a settler ; and one was found in a cliff. Providentially not one was hurt. Further practice was stopped. The flight of the shot was over three miles. Colenel Lyon went to investigate. The six shot were brought to Auckland. When Hogan, master of the Industrial School, reported the affair this statement was deemed incredible.
