The calendar of cases to be heard at the Supreme Court, which opens on Monday, is extremely light. There are only five charges against six prisoners, two of whom were committed for trial at the Lytteltonß.M., court to-day for assaulting with intent to rob. The other charges comprise. — Larceny as a bailee, false pretences, house breaking, and unnatural offences.
