THE WEST COAST RAILWAY GUARANTORS.
Christchttech, September 16. Mr C. C. Bowen, chairman of the committee of the West Coast railway guarantors, has received a telegram from Mr A. Dobson announcing that he and his fellow delegate (Mr Fell of Nelson) have arrived at Dunedin in the R.M.S. Tongariro, and will reach Lyttelton tomorrow.
