(age specials via bluff.) London, July 13. It is probable that the Earl of Donoghmore will succeed Strachan as Governor of Tasmania. It is expected that Lord Lytton, late Viceroy of Tndia, will succeed Viscunt Lyons as British Ambassador at Paris.
