SAN FRANCISCO MAIL SERVICE.

Nelson, July 21. At the quarterly meeting of the Nelson Chamber of Commerce held to-day the following resolution was carried unanimously — "That, it is expedient that the San Francisco mail service be discontinued, providing that probable arrangements can be made by the Government for its continuance, and that America bears a fair proportion of its cost.
