BIGAMY.

Walter Tucker, alias George Henry Marshall, was committed to trial on a charge of bigamy Avith Emily Harris at Gisborne. Elizabeth Tucker, sister of accused, deposed to having been present at the Church of England at Bulls, Rangitikei, on Avhich occasion accused Avas married to Elizabeth Marshall by the Rev. Mr Ballachy. Bail Avas allowed accused in £400 and two sureties of £200 each ; but it was not forthcoming.
