Late telegrams from Port Chalmers inform us that the ship Parsee, from Glasgow, brings 444- souls, equal to 3324 statute adults, being the first hatch of immigrants selected by Mr James Adams. The vessel had. a great deal of sickness on board on the passage out, about 200 cases of measles, besides diarrhoea and other troubles having occurred. Fourteen deaths and two births took place. The ship Trent wastowed into the harbor same night. She brings 638 souls, equal to 52U statute adults. Thirteen deaths occurred on the voyage. She is a splendid vessel, and made the passage in 70 days from port to port.
