An equitable arrangement was made, and the complainants now withdrew their complaints.; The cases . were dismissed. The Warden directed the document to be filed in Court and confirmed the agreement, remarking that he was pleased tp see threatened, serious, and expensive litigation avoided, in such an equitable and amicable manner. .The Court adjourned to November 29.
