Trustee in Bankruptcy, did, on the fifth day of November, 1872, become, and now is, solo trustee of the estate and effects of JOHN HENDERSON, of Darkies Terrace, North Beach, in the Province of Nelson, Miner, a bankrupt ; - and also, that the said Harry Kenrick did, on the fifteenth day of November, 1872, become, and now is , sole trustee of the estate and effects of ELLEN MARIA KENNEDY, of Greymouth, in the County of Westland, Restaurant-keeper, a bankrupt; and take further notice, that a Public Sitting of the District Court of the County of Westland, will be held on the THIRTEENTH day of DECEMBER, 1872, at Ten o'clock in" the forenoon, at the Court House, Greymouth, for the said bankrupts severally to pasß their last examinations,' and, unless the Court otherwise directs, to make applications, for their discharge, andsuch' application will accordingly In each case be made.
